Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Each order is carefully prepared for shipment, and processing time may vary. In most cases, we aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Please note, this is separate from the shipping time and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Days:

To ensure the best quality of your candles, we do not ship orders out from Friday to Sunday. This is due to the potential risk of your candles sitting in a hot truck over the weekend, which could affect the quality and integrity of the products.

Shipping Times:

Once your order has been processed we will ship it via our standard shipping method. Shipping can typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the postal service. While we strive to meet these shipping estimates, please understand that actual delivery time may vary based on your location and the postal service’s schedule.

International Shipping:

This store ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address, including any apartment or suite numbers, is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for any delays, missed deliveries, or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additionally, due to the nature of some of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical residential or commercial street address must be provided. Orders placed with a P.O. Box will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please be sure to provide an accurate email address and check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. We are no longer in control of the delivery timeline or the package once it is scanned and in the possession of the postal service. We cannot be held liable for any delays, reroutes, stolen packages or failed deliveries.

Delivered Packages:

Once your package has been marked as “delivered” by the postal service, Dreams of Love Co is no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package is lost or has been stolen after delivery, please contact your local post office to open an investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
